Desktop (Windows / Mac)
- Open the Gallery
Click the link your photographer sent. The gallery will open in your web browser.
- Browse & Choose an Image
Hover your mouse over any photo — you’ll see a small Buy button or a Download arrow (if downloads are enabled).
- Quick Buy (Optional)
Hover → click Buy → choose between Prints, Frames, or Downloads.
Select your preferred product or digital file size.
- Add to Cart
Pick your file size (High-Res, Web-size, etc.) → click Add to Cart.
- Checkout
Click the Cart icon (top right corner) → follow the checkout steps and submit payment.
- Download Your Files
After payment:
- You’ll receive an email with a download link, or
- Go to the Menu (top right corner) → Orders → Download Photos.
Save to Your Device or Cloud
You can download the .zip file directly, or choose to save to Dropbox or Google Photos.
Mobile (iPhone / Android)
- Open the Gallery Link
Use Safari or Chrome for the best experience.
- Download Individual Images
Tap an image → tap the download arrow → select Download to Mobile, Google Photos, or Dropbox.
- Download the Full Gallery
Tap the Menu (☰) → Download Full Gallery → choose Download to Mobile.
You’ll get a .zip file you can open in your Files app.
- Buy on Mobile
Tap Buy on any image → select product/download → Add to Cart → checkout.
Purchased downloads are emailed to you and available under Menu → Orders.
Tip: Use the Favorites Button to Keep Track of Your Images
- While browsing, click or tap the heart icon ❤️ on any image to add it to your Favorites list.
- You can view your selected images anytime by opening Menu → Favorites.
- This is perfect if you want to:
- Keep track of the photos you plan to purchase or download later
- Share your favorite selections with your photographer (they can view your list if you allow it)
- Narrow down choices for prints, albums, or downloads
Helpful Tips
- Open in Safari/Chrome: Avoid opening from apps like Instagram or Facebook, which can block downloads.
- Finding Your Purchases Later: Reopen your gallery → Menu → Orders to re-download anytime.
- Cloud Saving Options: “Save to Google Photos” and “Save to Dropbox” options make it easy to store your images safely.
- No Buy or Download Button? That means your photographer has disabled those features — contact them for help.
